RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Replaces the current renewable energy technology systems tax credit with tax credits for solar energy property and wind energy property. Requires DOTAX and DBEDT to report tax credits claimed under section 235-12.5, HRS. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD2)
