RELATING TO ENERGY.

Changes existing gasoline requirement of ten per cent ethanol fuel content to at least five per cent biofuel content.  Alters the reporting requirements for biofuel distributors.  (SD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE.

Mandates health insurance coverage for tobacco use cessation treatments and that the insurer provide their policyholders information about tobacco use cessation treatment coverage.

      Status & Testimony

RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL LICENSING.

Establishes qualifications for "nonresident military spouses" eligible for expedited procedures for professional and vocational licensing by endorsement or reciprocity, and temporary licensing.  Establishes requirements for nonresident military spouses to maintain licenses and requires reporting of changes in status or circumstances that may affect licensure.
