RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST A PROCESSING ENTERPRISE. Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Sunrise Capital, Inc. in protecting its shrimp hatchery facility and its salt water well and relocating them further inland to avoid shoreline erosion.
