Authorizes the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture to establish a two-year industrial hemp remediation and biofuel crop pilot program.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 07/01/2112.  (HD2)

RELATING TO PESTICIDES.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to post information regarding pesticide use to its website.  Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to conduct a study regarding other states' pesticide reporting and registration requirements and report its findings to the Legislature.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (HB673 HD2)
