A BILL FOR AN ACT

RElating to the agreement among the states to elect the president by national popular vote.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Chapter 14D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
