RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS. Provides for fair compensation when leased public land for agricultural or pastoral uses is withdrawn, condemned, or taken for public purposes. (SD1)

RELATING TO COMMUNITY PLANNING. Establishes planning districts and creates a process for developers to apply for residential and commercial exceptional planning projects.
