DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB2237 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TAXATION. Amends distribution of partial payment of taxes to principal first, then penalties, then interest.	WAM
SB2298 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TAXATION. Requires the department of taxation to report tax revenue by island and annually report the previous tax year's tax revenue by island to the legislature no later than March 1 of each year.	WAM
SB2867 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO CONFORMITY OF THE HAWAII INCOME TAX LAW TO THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. Provides a measure for conforming amendments to the Hawaii income tax law based upon amendments to the Internal Revenue Code made in calendar year 2011.	WAM
SB2868 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TAX CLEARANCE FEES. Imposes fees to obtain a tax clearance or a certified copy of a tax clearance.	WAM
