RELATING TO THE TAX REVIEW COMMISSION. Provides a measure for extending the reporting date of the 2010-2012 tax review commission and requests an additional $100,000 for fiscal year 2011-2012.

RELATING TO EXECUTIVE SALARIES. Requires the salary of the director of finance to be the same as the salary for the attorney general or administrative director of the State, whichever is greater.

RELATING TO TAX PENALTIES. Prohibits penalties for substantial understatements or misstatements and erroneous claims for refund or credit from being added to tax underpayments on which other penalties have been imposed.
