The following measure(s) were previously heard on Monday January 30, 2012. As this is a decision making only, no public testimony will be accepted.
RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. Requires nonresident owners of single family residential dwellings, apartments, condominiums, or townhouses who rent their property as a transient accommodation for 30 days or less to rent the property through a licensed real estate broker or salesperson. Provides for penalty.

RELATING TO TAXATION. Requires that all advertisements and solicitations for transient accommodations conspicuously display the registration identification number. Applies beginning 1/1/13.

RELATING TO TOURISM. Provides individuals occupying transient accommodations with the ability to donate $1 to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for the State Park System. Authorizes acceptance of donations into the State Parks Special Fund.
