RELATING TO USE OF INTOXICANTS WHILE OPERATING A VEHICLE.

Enacts recommendations of the ignition interlock implementation task force.  Requires repeat intoxicated drivers to install ignition interlock devices in any vehicle they operate.

RELATING TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING ACT.

Requires motor vehicles to be insured prior to release from auction.  Amends requirements to obtain a dealer license.  Amends bond requirements in lieu of a flooring line of credit.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE.

Requires insurers to make available the use of certain used or aftermarket parts instead of like kind and quality parts in motor vehicle body repairs.

Prohibits moped drivers from using bicycle paths where bicycle lanes are provided.
