RELATING TO PSEUDOEPHEDRINE.

Establishes an electronic tracking system for the sale of products containing pseudoephedrine.  Limits the amount of pseudoephedrine projects that may be sold or distributed to a person without a prescription to not more than 3.6 grams per day or not more than nine grams per 30-day period.  Requires the pharmacy or retailer to maintain a written or electronic log of nonprescription products containing pseudoephedrine sold.  (SB2228 HD1)

Status

RELATING TO WILDLIFE.

Prohibits the interisland transfer, transport, or release after transport of wild or feral deer, with certain exceptions.  Establishes mandatory fines.  (SB3001 HD1)

Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing with a transmittal cover indicating:

·     Testifier's name with position/title and organization;

·     The Committee the comments are directed to;

·     The date and time of the hearing;

·     Measure number; and

·     The number of copies the Committee is requesting.
