RELATING TO ANIMAL WELFARE. Prohibits the purchase, sale, transportation, and delivery of any product, item, or substance containing, labeled, or advertised as containing bear gallbladders or bile. Effective January 7, 2059. (HB2296 HD1)

RELATING TO ETHICS. Exempts all persons, except those who would otherwise be considered state employees, serving on a task force established by the Legislature, Governor, or state officer from the State's Code of Ethics. Defines "employee" and "task force". (HB2175 HD2)
