RELATING TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS.

Amends provisions relating to the licensing and penalties of real estate brokers and salespersons, by clarifying that real estate brokers and salespersons shall not be held liable for misrepresentations based upon a good faith reliance, and shall not be held liable for failure to ascertain and disclose all material facts concerning a property if there was a good faith reliance on a prepared disclosure statement.  (SD1)

RELATING TO TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

Prohibits use of tobacco products by minors.  Authorizes law enforcement officer to confiscate tobacco products used by minors.  Effective 1/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO PROSTITUTION.

Authorizes an arresting officer to place or caused to be placed at the time of the arrest a wheel clamp or wheel boot of the vehicle used by the person in the course of committing certain crimes of prostitution.  Provides for additional fine to be deposited into the domestic violence and sexual assault special fund and the county general fund.  Makes grant-in-aid to each county to purchase wheel clamps or wheel boots.  (SD1)
