SB 2703 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Includes the date that services for remuneration were first performed as information to be provided to the Child Support Enforcement Agency through the new hire reporting process.	JDL
SB 2708 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO THE PROBATE CODE. Prevents the statute of limitations from precluding a state agency's claim against a decedent's estate unless the agency receives actual notice of the commencement of the decedent's probate case.	JDL [Measure deleted on 02-14-12]
SB 2720 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO CONVERSIONS BY NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS. Repeals provisions regarding conversions by nonprofit corporations.	JDL
SB 2737 (SSCR2114) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO PUBLIC MEETINGS. Use of interactive conference technology to increase ability of members of state and county boards and commissions to attend board meetings.	EDT, JDL
SB 2184 (SSCR2039) Status & Testimony	RELATING TO PRIVATE TRANSFER FEES. Makes permanent the prohibition of private fees for a future transfer of real property.	CPN, JDL
SB 2842 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO CIVIL ACTIONS FOR DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES IN REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS. Allows aggrieved persons the right to file a civil action for housing discrimination no later than two years after the occurrence or termination of an alleged discriminatory housing practice.	JDL
SB 2845 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO MEDICAL BENEFITS UNDER THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW. Amends section 386-21(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, by requiring the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to make a decision on disputes regarding treatment plans and continued medical services without a hearing.
