Allows aggrieved persons the right to file a civil action for housing discrimination no later than two years after the occurrence or termination of an alleged discriminatory housing practice.

      Status & Testimony

RELATING TO MEDICAL BENEFITS UNDER THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW.

Amends section 386-21(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, by requiring the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to make a decision on disputes regarding treatment plans and continued medical services without a hearing.
