RELATING TO CIVIL ACTIONS FOR DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES IN REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS. Allows aggrieved persons the right to file a civil action for housing discrimination no later than two years after the occurrence or termination of an alleged discriminatory housing practice.

RELATING TO MEDICAL BENEFITS UNDER THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW. Amends section 386-21(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, by requiring the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to make a decision on disputes regarding treatment plans and continued medical services without a hearing.
