Imposes a probation services fee on any defendant granted a deferred acceptance of guilty or no contest plea.  Effective January 7, 2059.  (HB297 HD1)

RELATING TO THE PROBATION SERVICES SPECIAL FUND.

Requires interstate transfer fees to be deposited into the probation services special fund.  Clarifies the fund's uses.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB302 HD1)

RELATING TO THE PENAL CODE.

Requires probation officer, prior to early discharge of defendant, to report to court concerning defendant’s compliance or non‑compliance with terms of probation.

Requires tolling of one‑year conditional release period upon filing of motion for revocation of conditional release or motion to modify conditions.
