Proposed SD1: SUPPORTING THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY'S APPLICATION FOR A CHOICE NEIGHBORHOODS GRANT AND URGING THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO SELECT THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY AS A CHOICE NEIGHBORHOODS GRANT RECIPIENT.
