RELATING TO PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.

Eliminates the asset limit for Hawaii's temporary assistance for needy families program eligibility.  Exempts the fair market value of all motor vehicles in a household when determining eligibility for Hawaii's temporary assistance for needy families program.  (Proposed SD1)
