RELATING TO HIGHER EDUCATION. Amends the University of Hawaii college-credit equivalency program to include service in the United States armed forces. Requires the program to develop a learning assessment to determine eligibility. Effective July 1, 2020. (HB2639 HD1)

RELATING TO SUSTAINABILITY. Authorizes the office of planning to convene a statewide sustainability partnership, develop sustainability guidelines, establish benchmarks for measuring sustainability progress, and coordinate sustainability progress made by the State and counties. RELATING TO THE STADIUM AUTHORITY. Reduces the membership of the Stadium Authority to ten members by removing the Superintendent of Education as an ex officio nonvoting member. Allows the five-year residency requirement for Authority membership to be fulfilled at any time before appointment to the authority. (HB2735 HD1)
