RELATING TO UNAUTHORIZED COMPUTER ACCESS.

Amends sections 708-895.5, 708-895.6, and 708-895.7, to increase unauthorized computer access in the first degree to a class A felony, increase unauthorized computer access in the second degree to a class B felony, and increase unauthorized computer access in the third degree to a class C felony; where unauthorized computer access in the first degree is charged based on the monetary value of information obtained, raises the minimum monetary value to $20,000.

RELATING TO SEXUAL IMAGES PRODUCED BY MINORS.

Prohibits adults from soliciting minors to electronically transmit nude images of minors; prohibits minors from electronically transmitting nude images of themselves or other minors, or soliciting other minors to do so; prohibits persons from possessing a nude image transmitted by a minor, but makes it an affirmative defense that the recipient made reasonable efforts to destroy the transmitted nude image.

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL SERVICES.

To appropriate moneys for the business and technology transformation initiative in fiscal year 2012-2013 to prepare the State for the larger transformation activities that will be defined in the forthcoming information technology strategic plan.
