RELATING TO THE FOUNDATION ON CULTURE AND THE ARTS. Provides an option on tax returns and motor vehicle registration applications for a donation to the Foundation on Culture and the Arts. Establishes a Foundation on Culture and the Arts Donation Special Fund. |
