RELATING TO CIGARETTES. Appropriates funds for two full-time positions and costs to administer the Reduced Ignition Propensity Cigarettes Law. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB1968 HD1)

RELATING TO THE CENTER FOR NURSING. Makes permanent the assessment and deposit of center for nursing fees into the compliance resolution fund and distribution of those funds to the credit of the center for nursing special fund.

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION. Requires the Public Utilities Commission to implement best practices in the areas of regulatory frameworks, rules and procedures, and information technology and public access.
