Clarifies that persons and entities governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), who use or disclose individually identifiable health information that is consistent with HIPAA regulations, shall be deemed to be in compliance with Hawaii's privacy laws and rules.  (HB1957 HD1)

RELATING TO LIQUOR.

Allows holders of Class 1 manufacturer liquor licenses to sell specified liquor manufactured from fruits or other products grown in the State to any person for private use and consumption.
