DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

HB1942 HD2 (HSCR752-12) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO AGRICULTURE. Allows moneys in the pest inspection, quarantine, and eradication fund to be expended for the Electronic Importer Manifest Program.  Makes an appropriation for the program.  Effective July 1, 2030. (HB1942 HD2)	AGL, WAM
HB283 HD1 (HSCR716-12) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO STATE FUNDS. Authorizes the transfer during fiscal year 2012-13 of $140,000 from the Agricultural Loan Revolving Fund to the Pest Inspection, Quarantine, and Eradication Fund. Appropriates $140,000 for a program to control and eradicate the coffee borer beetle.  Effective July 1, 2012.  (HB283 HD1)	AGL, WAM
