MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VAPOR HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY.

Appropriates general fund moneys for the construction of a vapor heat treatment facility by the agribusiness development corporation on the island of Hawaii at a location to be determined by the corporation.
