RELATING TO LIVESTOCK FEED. Creates a livestock feed feasibility pilot project to investigate the viability of a livestock feed program on Department of Agriculture land. Effective on approval.

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE. Requires the DOA to establish and maintain an online system of licensure for commission merchants, dealers, brokers, agents, processors, and retail merchants of farm products. Establishes the department of agriculture operations special fund.
