SENATE RESOLUTION
amending RUle 25 of the rules of the senate of the twenty-SIXth legislature of the state of hawaii.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, that the Rules of the Senate of the State of Hawaii, the Twenty-sixth Legislature, be amended by amending paragraph (3) of Senate Rule 25 Committees: Fact-finding and Content of Reports to read as follows:
"(3) The report shall
also include the identity of [groups] organizations or [persons]
titles of individuals representing organizations who submitted testimony
on legislation for, against or comments only on the measure[; provided that
a]. A summary of [individual testifiers may be provided when a
large number of testimonies are submitted] any individual or individuals
who submit testimony as private citizens shall also be provided."; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Senate Rule material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken and new Senate Rule material is underscored; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amendments made to the Senate Rules by this Resolution take effect upon the adoption of this Resolution.
