            SECTION 1.  Senate Bill No. 671, S.D. 1, Section 1 is amended by amending the definition of "charitable entity" to read as follows:

""Charitable entity" means an entity that has received recognition of tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code."
