HOUSE RESOLUTION
relating to the committee assignments of the house of representatives of the twenty-sixth legislature.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, that HEATHER GIUGNI, who has been duly appointed and seated as a member of the House of Representatives from the Thirty-third Representative District to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Representative Tom Okamura, shall be a member of the Finance Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by H.R. No. 304 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2011, H.R. No. 2 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, and this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 6 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2011, shall remain in full force and effect, it being understood that the name of TOM OKAMURA, wherever the name appears in the aforementioned H.R. No. 2 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, is deleted.
