HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

relating to recess days for the regular session of 2012.

     BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2012 are hereby determined to be the 23^rd, 24^th, 27^th, 28^th, and 29^th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2012 shall be recessed; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2012 are hereby determined to be the 24^th and 26^th days of January, the 5^th, 7^th, and 29^th days of March, the 9^th, 11^th, and 30^th days of April, and the 2^nd day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2012 shall be recessed.
