A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to the Hawaii economic development task force.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Section 6 of Act 73, Session Laws of Hawaii 2010, is amended by amending subsection (g) to read as follows:

     "(g)  The Hawaii economic development task force shall cease to exist on June 30, [2012.] 2014."

     SECTION 2.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2012.
