A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to the general appropriations act of 2011.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is amended by amending part IV, section 36, item G.24. to insert one new item to read as follows:

"24.01. EWA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, TEACHERS' LOUNGE, OAHU

DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT TO CONSTRUCT A TEACHERS' LOUNGE; EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES.

     SECTION 2.  Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is amended by amending part IV, section 36, item G.24. to read as follows:

     SECTION 3.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

General Appropriations Act of 2011; Ewa Elementary School

Amends the General Appropriations Act of 2011 to re-allocate funding for Ewa Elementary School to include design, construction, and equipment for a teachers' lounge and fourteen-classroom building.  Appropriation.  Effective July 1, 2012.
