A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to construction of laws.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1-18, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.
["§1-18 "Or",
"and". Each of the terms "or" and
"and", has the meaning of the other or of both."]
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
