A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to the state budget.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  The purpose of this Act is to amend Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, to change the means of financing for renovations to the Maunalua Bay launch ramp facility from revenue bonds to general obligation bonds.

     SECTION 2.  Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is amended by amending section 36, item number H. Culture and Recreation, capital project number 11, to read as follows:

"11.      MAUNALUA BAY LAUNCH RAMP FACILITY, OAHU

     PLANS, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION

     AND EQUIPMENT TO RENOVATE THE

     MAUNALUA BAY LAUNCH RAMP FACILITY.

          PLANS                            1

          DESIGN                           1

          CONSTRUCTION                 1,997

          EQUIPMENT                        1

               TOTAL FUNDING LNR       2,000 [E] C   [E] C"

     SECTION 3.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 4.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
