A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO PROCUREMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  From the period of the effective date of this Act until June 30, 2014, all final decisions by a hearings officer under section 103D-709, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will be final and any right to judicial review of any of these decisions under section 103D-710, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be forfeited.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2012.
