A BILL FOR AN ACT

Relating to VOG.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Act 229, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is amended by amending subsection (b) of section 1 to read as follows:

     "(b)  The interagency task force on vog shall meet quarterly at a place and time to be determined by the chair of the task force.  [Meeting notices shall be posted by the task force] The task force shall post meeting notices as required under chapter 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and public testimony at meetings shall be accepted by the task force.  The task force shall be dissolved on June 30, 2013."

     SECTION 2.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
