HB614 HD2 (HSCR895) Testimony Status	RELATING TO CHILDREN. Establishes a hospital-based screening and assessment and intensive home visitation program within the Department of Health.  Increases the Hawaii Tobacco Settlement Special Fund (Special Fund) ceiling.  Appropriates funds from the Special Fund for hospital-based screening and assessment and intensive home visiting services.  Appropriates funds from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Fund for intensive home visiting services.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB614 HD2)	HTH/HMS/WAM
HB905 HD1 (HSCR897) Testimony Status	RELATING TO DELIVERY OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES. Requires the directors of Department of Health and Department of Human Services to collaborate with contracted health and human services providers to develop and update annually a health and human services delivery plan.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB905 HD1)	HTH/HMS/WAM
