RELATING TO THE HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE. Requires that all letterheads, documents, symbols, and emblems of the State and other political subdivision include both state languages. Establishes references for accurate, appropriate, and authentic Hawaiian names and words, including proper Hawaiian spelling and punctuation. Effective 01/01/2012.

RELATING TO HEALTH. Establishes a position of statewide fall prevention and early detection coordinator under the department of health and makes an appropriation for the position.
