The purpose of this informational briefing is to hear a presentation given by Riki Ellison, Founder and Chairman of the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance (MDAA), who will discuss the state of Hawaii and our nation's current Missile Defense assets among the islands, their growth, importance to our National Security and President, and development of these systems in Hawaii. Also discussion will look at the current and future threat to Hawaii and our Nation from Ballistic Missiles.
