Directs into the JCSSF fees collected for electronic document certification,
electronic copies of documents, and for providing bulk access to electronic
court records and compilations of data.

RELATING TO TAXATION.
Establishes conditions to inspect required records and receipts of cash
business transaction and permits records to be prepared by hand or by cash
register. Clarifies state of mind for violation of record and receipt
requirements. Limits fine for violation if person is otherwise in compliance
with tax laws. Effective January 7, 2059. (HB828 HD2)

RELATING TO TAXATION.
Provides for the taxation of the pension income of: (1) An individual filer
with federal adjusted gross income of $100,000 or more; (2) A joint or
surviving spouse filer with federal adjusted gross income of $200,000 or
more; and (3) a head of household with federal adjusted gross income of
$150,000 or more. Makes the deduction for state taxes paid, inoperative for
the same taxpayers. Effective upon its approval and applicable to taxpayer
years beginning after December 31, 2010. (HB1092 HD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC HOUSING.
Requires visitors to public housing projects to receive a visitor's pass upon
entrance. Establishes that remaining unlawfully upon the premises after
reasonable warning constitutes trespass in the first degree. Establishes a
pilot project for increased safety at Mayor Wright Homes. Appropriates
funds. Effective January 7, 2059. (HB231 HD2)
