Requires a person convicted of criminal property damage by graffiti to remove
graffiti from property within 250 yards of the site of the offense, if the
property owner consents and the act of removal does not endanger the person

Appropriates funds to the Department of the Attorney General for operating
expenses of state law enforcement agencies relating to the planning and
operation of security services and activities for the 2011 Asia-Pacific
Economic Cooperation Leaders Meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii. Effective July 1,
