DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB1068 Testimony Status	RELATING TO ANIMAL CRUELTY. Provides that killing, or attempting to kill, the animal of another person without that persons consent constitutes animal cruelty in the first degree.  Adds exemptions for animal cruelty in the first degree.	JDL
SB1069 Testimony Status	RELATING TO CRUELTY TO ANIMALS. Establishes the offense of cruelty to animals by fighting dogs in the second degree.  Increases penalty for cruelty to animals by fighting dogs in the first degree.  Clarifies dog fighting and animal cruelty laws.	JDL
SB1481 Testimony Status	RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS. Amends the offense of obstructing access to public property to include the installment of certain visual impediments.  Creates a private right of action for a person to enforce the prohibition of obstruction.	JDL
