Requires a business or government agency responsible for the inadvertent, unauthorized disclosure of personal information to pay for the person's access to credit reports for at least three years.

RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE BENEFITS.

PROPOSED SD1:  Authorizes an individual that is attached to a regular employer that is not offering work to continue to be eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits even if that individual voluntarily or involuntarily separates from part-time employment, with or without good cause from a secondary employer during that week

Repeals or extends sunset provisions referring to partial unemployment, amends definition of "attached to a regular employer" and requires the department to waive registration for work and work search requirements.

 

(This measure was previously scheduled for decision making on Monday, February 14, 2011.)
