RECONSIDERATION OF PRIOR DECISION
PENDING WAIVER APPROVAL
|
RELATING TO THE HAWAII HURRICANE RELIEF FUND. Appropriates funds from the Hawaii hurricane relief fund to the general fund for the purpose of balancing the state budget in fiscal year 2011-2012; requires reimbursement to the Hawaii hurricane relief fund beginning in fiscal year 2013-2014. Effective 7/1/2050.
