The following measure(s) were previously heard on FEBRUARY 10, 2011, 8:00.
RELATING TO TAX CREDITS. Amends the motion picture, digital media, and film production tax credit to provide a designated income tax credit for certain qualifying counties. Removes tax credit caps. Provides an additional bonus for qualifying spending related to computer aided special or visual effects and animation. Establishes a non-refundable tax credit with a carry forward period of up to ten years to encourage film production development in certain qualified counties. Allows for a certain exemption from the transient accommodation tax for stays exceeding thirty days. Permits certain production tax credits to be assigned.

RELATING TO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES. Allows a limited liability company to be designated as an "ingenuity company" by the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Requires an ingenuity company to use the right to exclude, conferred by a patent in which the company has an interest, to create job opportunities, strengthen labor, and enhance environmental protections.

RELATING TO LIQUOR TAX LAW. Reduces the gallonage tax on the first 60,000 barrels of beer brewed or produced during a taxable year by a small brewery or brewpub in the State to $0.23 per gallon of beer.
