The Charter School Governance, Accountability, and Authority Task Force (CSGTF) was established by the Legislature pursuant to SB1174 CD1 (2011) Act 130, to address issues on charter school governance, accountability, and authority. It requires the task force to report a preliminary plan to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2012.
