Requires clear and conspicuous language disclosing any automatic renewal clauses and language explaining how to cancel the contract in all consumer contracts and offers where the contract automatically renews.  Requires additional notice to consumers of automatic renewal for consumer contracts of a term of twelve months or more.  Effective July 1, 2020.  (HB663 HD2)

RELATING TO INSURANCE.
Clarifies the laws relating to the interpretation of commercial general liability insurance policies affecting contractors.  Effective July 1, 2112.  (HB924 HD2)

RELATING TO TAXATION.
Imposes the general excise tax on the gross income derived from a life settlement contract.  Effective July 1, 2011.  (HB798 HD1)

RELATING TO LIQUOR.
Increases liquor tax rates.  Reduces the liquor tax rate on the first sixty thousand barrels produced in a small brewery or brewpub.  Makes it lawful to provide a discount for liquor purchases through coupons or mail-in rebates when made in combination with other merchandise.  Effective July 1, 2011.  (HB840 HD1).
