The purpose of the informational briefing is to receive the 2011 report of the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force and to discuss the methodology, findings and recommendations from the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force.   Legislation recommended by the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force will be discussed in noticed hearings after the 26th Legislature convenes.  The report of the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force may be reviewed at http://hawaii.gov/dcca/ocp/reports/Mortgage_Task_Force_report.pdf.
