This joint informational briefing will present the results of Ulupono Initiative's study entitled "Local Food Demand Study of Oahu Shoppers". The study surveyed people regarding their buying preferences and what they would be willing to pay for locally produced products. Invited participants include, but are not limited to, representatives from Ulupono Initiative and the state Department of Agriculture.
No public testimony will be accepted.
