Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.R. No. 95, H.D. 1, entitled:
"HOUSE RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SUPPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE BOARD OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES, FOR A STUDY ON REDUCING THE SEWER AND UTILITY LINE LOAD BY REPAIRING AN ARTERY TO ALLOW TRADITIONAL WATER FLOW TO KALAUHA‘IHA‘I FISHPOND AND MAUNALUA BAY,"
begs leave to report as follows:
The purpose of this resolution is to request the support of the Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Board of Land and Natural Resources, for a study on reducing the sewer and utility line load by repairing an artery to allow traditional water flow to Kalauha‘iha‘i fishpond and Maunalua Bay.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 95, H.D. 1, and recommends its adoption.
