HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

relating to recess days for the regular session of 2011.

     BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2011, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2011 are hereby determined to be the 24^th, 25^th, and 28^th days of February and the 1^st and 2^nd days of March, on which dates the Regular Session of 2011 shall be recessed; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2011 are hereby determined to be the 25^th and 27^th days of January, the 7^th, 9^th, and 30^th days of March, and the 11^th and 13^th days of April, on which dates the Regular Session of 2011 shall be recessed.
